2025-04-12Learn how to access and download required tutorial files. Required model files are available online on the Altair Connect website. Go to Altair Connect. If documentation is installed locally, you can find model files as follows: Windows example: C:\Program Files\Altair\2020\tutorials Linux example: \2020\Altair\tutorials If required, enter your user ID and password. Note: If logging into Connect for the first time, click Sign up for Altair Connect and use the New Account page to sign up for a Connect account. Follow additional instructions on the Altair Connect website to obtain your login credentials. Hover over HyperWorks Suite or your desired product from the Standalone Products section of the page. Right-click and select Documentation. Select the suite version from the list, then in the Documentation tab, scroll to find the Tutorial File section and select the desired tutorial model files to download. Note: The files may require unzipping before proceeding with the tutorials. When extracting zipped files, preserve any directory structure included in the file package.
