I was having difficulty uploading the needed documents. She was able to assist me with some of my apps to get what was needed.I tried to have a government payroll check cashed. I was told my check couldn’t be verified. I presented my check stub twice. They even made a copy! The check was for over $3000 and I was nonwhite. Another female clerk who wasn’t even participating with me and the other clerk had my check told me to go next door and see if they’ll cash it in a stern demeanor because my check couldn’t be unverified. I went next door to Easy Money. They cashed it in less than 3-5 minutes! I stayed at Advance Financial for about 20 minutes to be treated like that. I wanted to go back over after my check was cashed and tell them my experience at Easy Money! I didn’t have time. It’s awkward how Advance Financial denied my check TWICE with the stub and another place within minutes accepted it with no issues! I had the feeling this place did not want to cash a check that was over $3000 for whatever reason.The customer service I received on April 20th 2024 was great. Not only was I approved for a small loan the process was not complicated.
