Fair because they claimed it was "no show/denied boarding". I will never fly this airline againI was not permitted on my flight and had to purchase another flight ticket to Las Vegas. This was a full flight and I was in Zone 1, however upon boarding, several other zones went in ahead of me, leaving no overhead cabin space near my seat. This created a challenging disembarkment process.Frontier had yet another flight cancellation. Have never made a complete round trip with this airline without at least one leg getting cancelled. Miserable flights - dirty, uncomfortable planes that apparently always have issues since I've had multiple delays and cancellations with them.Flight was delayed 3 times, would have been nice to have received text message instead of email notifications. Frontier app wasn’t even updated accordingly, no gate number disclosed. No agent at front desk of gate to inform of delay. Very confused and left if the darkIt was a no frills flight. Would have liked to be able to charge my deviceThe flight itself was ok and the pilot was very communicative. However, our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours, the gate was changed 3 times and there was no communication as we were waiting. The flight staff was overall a little crabby...I understand as they probably had a long day but we all did.Asked for a seat change to be w my wife at the gate they were great in sorting it out to make it happenEverything went as planned. Frontier Airlines offers ultra-low-cost fares with only the flight included. If you want to choose your own seat, check a bag or bring a carry-on, you'll have to pay. If you'd like the option to select your own seat — even a middle seat in the back of the aircraft — you’ll need to pay extra (either as an à la carte upgrade or part of a fare bundle). Also, the complimentary snacks and soft drinks that other airlines hand out come with a charge on Frontier Airlines. This pricing model is great if you’re a budget traveler who wants to pay only for the things important to you — things like legroom. If you like the idea of à la carte savings, but consider legroom a priority when you fly, you should know about how Frontier Airlines’ seating system works. How do Frontier’s seat assignment fees work? When you go to book a basic fare on Frontier, you’ll have the option of picking a seat for a fee. The seat selection screen looks like this — the first few rows are sold at a premium price relative to the rows in the back:You can choose one of these seats for the price listed. But you don’t have to. Just scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the “Continue” button. On the next page, you’ll get another prompt from Frontier asking you to confirm that you don’t want to select a seat. At that point you’ll choose the “No, thanks, I’ll take whatever”.
