The problem is 100% with the PC when it is used with a Dock G5. Monitor is successfully connected but didnt get any signal and display is black. 2025-04-07Hi @greggmichalski It's HPRC where you probably need to upload the zip files >> try to power reset your HP commercial computer by pressing and holding the power button for approximately 15 seconds or even 30 seconds.Here are details >> you have the classic USB-C G5 dock, please download and install all these 3 - 4:RealTek LAN network driver 10.59 (Win 10) LAN network driver 1153 (Win 11) Dock G5 firmware 1.0.18.0 driver 6.3.9600.205 for the records... if you have the newer USB-C Essential G5 dock, please download and install all these 4:RealTek LAN network driver 10.59 LAN network driver 1153 (Win 11) Essential Dock G5 firmware 01.00.09.00 driver 6.3.9600.2337 firmware 03.05.00 the computer when all the installation completes.If the dock drop continues, the dock must be connected/cable plugged in . Go to Start button -> Device Manager -> Network adapters -> right click on the Realtek -> PropertiesIn the driver properties, in the "Advanced" tab - find and set to DISABLESelective suspendIdle power savingsEnergy-Efficient EthernetApply / Save / Close.For Windows 11 (extra), to to the "Power Management" tab and uncheck the option to allow the computer to turn off the device.
