The displayed documents may be flagged for various reasons, but the end result is that VIPRE has identified potentially compromising information in each. We recommend reviewing each document picked up by the scan to determine if the personal information contained in the document is an issue.Workaround: None. We are currently using a "Better safe than sorry" approach. We feel that it is better to identify potentially compromising documents on your PC than to NOT identify them. VIPRE is making improvements to this feature in a future release. I cannot enable the webcam blocker; the switch is grayed outIDSHIELD-33 -

In these cases, it was difficult for VIPRE Identity Shield to take control of the webcam when enabling the Webcam Blocker feature.Known Issues and WorkaroundsThis section lists issues that are known at the time of release. In some cases, these are bugs in which we are working to resolve with a subsequent release. Other items may be due to causes outside of our control, such as bugs with other vendors' software. Increased identity theft and other security breaches have emphasized the importance of maintaining control over access to your private records. VIPRE Privacy Shield will find documents that contain any identified privacy risks falling under the following categories:Credit CardPasswordSocial SecurityFinancialBenefits of the VaultOrganize your selected documents by categoryCreating new categories is as easy as clicking + on the left side of the Categories columnExport your vault for use on another computer that has Privacy Shield installedImport a saved vault from another computerManually encrypt files to the vault or decrypt files from the vaultEasily access files from the vaultDecrypting Vault FilesTo decrypt files that are in the vault:Select View VaultYou will be prompted to log in using your Windows username and passwordSelect the files you want to decryptSelect where you would like to restore the decrypted file toImportant NoteIf VIPRE Privacy Shield is uninstalled with encrypted files in the Vault, you will be prompted to decrypt the files. If you bypass this warning, the encrypted files will be permanently lost.
